- Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii), capsule shell (gelatin (bovine)), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum spp.), Chromium (as picolinate chrome).
- Directions
- For adults, take one (1) capsule a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The capsules can be opened and their contents added to your favorite drink or food.
