• 5-HTP 100 mg (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan standardized Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract).
• Extract (4:1) of valerian root powder 100 mg (Valeriana officinalis)
• 50 mg Magnesium (oxide, Bisglycinate)
• Vitamin B 610 mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxine-5'-phosphate)
