Atrosan Forte is a vegetable preparation based on secondary root of harpagofito, cultivated in a sustainable way through the Kalahari project.

Nature offers us all its analgesic power in the secondary root of the harpagofito, a plant known for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. In fact, its traditional use is approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to relieve joint pains.

The harpagofito grows in the wild in the Kalahari desert, in southern Africa and has been used as a medicinal plant by the Bushmen for centuries, in cases of osteoarthritis and other rheumatic diseases. It was discovered by the western world at the beginning of the 20th century and Alfred Vogel became interested and learned its properties in his trips to the Kalahari desert and Namibia.

1 tablet contains:

• Extract of Harpagofito procumbens ** 480 mg
• Concentrated extract equivalent to 1.080 mg devil's claw root
• Excipients: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. Film of the coated tablet: talc, titanium dioxide, Macrogol 6000, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
