The Beauty Complex formula of Nature's Bounty® is a synergistic combination of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients of this formula, contains among others zinc that contributes to the normal maintenance of the skin, hair and nails and vitamin C that contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the skin.

No sweeteners or salt added. Does not contain artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It does not contain porcine, yeast.

Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), choline bitartrate, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) ), zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin (rapeseed oil), carnauba wax), RNA (ribonucleic acid), inositol, niacin (such as nicotinamide), betaine hydrochloride, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) ), citrus bioflavonoids, pantothenic acid (as calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin E (as DL-alpha tocopherol), rutin, ferrous fumarate, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2) ), starch, rose hip extract, vitamin A (such as retinyl acetate), hardener (polyvinylpyrrolidone), emulsifier (gum arabic), sucrose, folic acid (as an acid) or pteroylglutamic), biotin (as D-Biotin), potassium iodide, tricalcium phosphate, L-selenomethionine, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol).

Directions: Adults, take three (3) tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Maximum of three (3) tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose

If you experience adverse reactions, stop using the product and inform your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use it if the outer seal is not or is broken. WARNINGS: Contains iron, which can be harmful to children in high doses. In case of accidental overdose, immediately contact your doctor or the nearest hospital emergency department. Amounts greater than 250 mg per day of phosphorus may cause mild stomach discomfort in sensitive individuals. Long-term intake of amounts greater than 4 mg per day of manganese can cause muscle pain and fatigue.
