- As a food supplement for adults and children over 6 years, one capsule a day with cold water taken after eating food. If required, in adult dose may be increased to two capsules a day.

Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)], anti-caking agents (silica, vegetable magnesium stearate).
