The cold waters of the coasts of Ireland and Iceland are the origin of the red alga Lithothamnion corallioides, which is the main component of this product.
This dried and pulverized red algae naturally presents a high content of Bioavailable Calcium (greater than 31%) and Magnesium (higher than 2%) as well as a set of 72 trace minerals among which we find Selenium, Sodium, Zinc, Phosphorus or Iron that, separately, are small quantities but in combination with Calcium and Magnesium form a powerful mineral synergistic matrix.
Unlike calcium obtained from mineral origin, the calcium of red algae is obtained from a porous, honey-like physical structure of the plant, which ultimately results in better absorption.
The red seaweed Lithothamnion contained in this product has been the subject of numerous scientific studies that have verified the differentiated activity of this form of Calcium in various fields related to health.

- Directions
- Take 2.8 g a day, coinciding with one of the meals. To make the shot, dissolve the content of three quarters of a dispenser in a third of a glass of milk or water (about 100 ml), shake and drink immediately.
