- GMO FREE corn oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) Vitashine D3 ™ from lichen. Only non-GMO corn oil. Vegetable origin (from lichen). High concentration per shot. No added sugars. Without excipients. No scents. simplicity and purity
- Directions
- Take 5-10 drops, once a day. The drops can be taken directly (for example on bread) or diluted in water or any other liquid. 1 drop = 5 mcg = 200 IU (corresponds to 0.03 ml) of Vitamin D3. Note: A low-fat diet reduces the absorption of Vitamin D, as well as the other fat-soluble vitamins.
