- Directions
- Place the sachet in a cup and pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water. Leave it at rest for about 8 minutes and then remove the sachet. Take two to three cups of tea daily.

- Store in a dry, cool and protected from light. The valuable volatile substances of this infusion are preserved by the individual sealing of each sachet.
